The Perrysburg Heights Community Association (PHCA) has relieved Jason Craig of his duties.. This is amazing news for the neighborhood’s beloved community center.
The PHCA Board is currently trying to understand the scope of numerous alleged bookkeeping errors, with tens of thousands of dollars missing/stolen through cash and or property.
Here is a list of items that went missing with Mr. Craig’s sudden departure.
— A Portable Scoreboard (valued over $400)
Jason Craig was the organizer and promoter of the failed OG Hip Hop BBQ Fest that happened in late summer of 2014.
The PCHA Center has no ability to maintain it’s lawn and is hoping Perrysburg Township will help.
Although I am thrilled the PHCA board took the initiative and replaced Mr. Craig; I am upset that some Board members do not want to pursue criminal charges against him. They want to “move forward” and simply close this dark chapter.
The Community Center will have a hard time moving forward when they cannot mow and maintain the property.
Jason Craig needs to be held responsible for the alleged felonious theft, unforgivable damage and pain he has caused this amazing neighborhood.
Stay tuned for more updates…
